After the ceremony, the officiant has 15 days to sign and return the license to the Recorder per RSMo 451.130.

How to Find Randolph County Records
Go to the Recorder's office in Huntsville with the full name of one or both spouses and the approximate date. Staff will pull the file and let you review it. You can order certified or plain copies while you are there. Certified copies carry the Randolph County seal and are accepted for legal matters.
You can request records by mail too. Write to the Recorder with the names, estimated date, and a check or money order for the copy fees. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Randolph County Marriage License
